When is construction expected to commence?
Works will commence this year, with full construction scheduled to proceed in January 2027.
When are Royal Apartments expected to be completed?
Completion is currently anticipated for 2029. The construction program is expected to take approximately two and a half years, subject to construction progress and other external factors.
What types of residences are available?
Royal Apartments offers a considered collection of one, two and three-bedroom residences, together with four-bedroom sub-penthouses. The five-bedroom penthouse has been sold.
With more than 40 different floorplans available, purchasers can select a residence that best suits their lifestyle, preferred outlook and space requirements.
How much do the residences cost?
Current pricing is:
One-bedroom residences: $680,000–$900,000
Two-bedroom residences: $945,000–$1,750,000
Three-bedroom residences: from $2,500,000

What deposit is required?
A 10% deposit is required to secure a residence.
Is the First Home Owner Grant available?
Eligible first home buyers may be able to receive the South Australian First Home Owner Grant of up to $15,000 when purchasing a residence at Royal Apartments.
Is the Downsizer Grant available?
Eligible downsizers aged 60 and over in South Australia may benefit from Downsizer Stamp Duty Relief when purchasing a residence at the Royal Apartments.
